NVIDIA Fermi Octane Render Competition Features Cubix GPU-Xpander Desktop Pro 2

Refractive Software is featuring the Cubix GPU-Xpander Desktop Pro 2 in its NVIDIA® Fermi™ Octane Render Competition. Refractive Software has posted the one-month competition, which runs through Thursday, April 8 at 8pm GMT+1 (noon Pacific Daylight Savings Time) on its forum. Check it out, get your graphics on and post a submission! GPU-Xpander Desktop Pro 2 is one of the prizes in the competition.

NVIDIA Fermi Octane Render Competition Eligibility and Rules
Everyone is eligible to publish submissions to the competition. The competition is being managed by enricocerica.

Rules
. You may produce and publish as many submissions as you want.
. The submitted rendering must be made exclusively with Octane Render.
. You can use the current Demo version which is publicly available or the beta version for those of you who purchased one.
. Submitted images must have a minimum resolution of 1024 px wide and 512 px high, but Refractive Software prefers images at higher resolutions.
. You cannot submit images submitted in a previous Octane competition.

Postproduction Allowed
. to fix lighting issues and fireflies
. to add glare and bloom
. to add chromatic abberration
. for noise reduction if needed

Practical
. Your images should be uploaded to the competition thread of the Octane Render forum.
. You can change them until the thread is closed.
. Your image must be at least 1000 pixels in width.
. Include in your submission post:
. . your name, technical details (polygons, rendertime, etc.) and a short description of the inspiration/motivation/idea behind your submission.
. . your full credits on the image as small text on the bottom.
. . screenshot of you working on the image in Octane Render, which proves you used Octane Render.
. Don't post your work in progress (WIP) here; use the WIP forum instead.
. Create a single entry and update it with new images.
