Overview
LaserCube-Workstation occupies the space of a small toaster on the desktop, yet it is secure, powerful, fast, quiet and unobtrusive with the computer far from the desktop. Requiring no special drivers, LaserCube-Workstation places the graphics card next to the operator. The computer is in the computer operations room—a cool, clean and managed environment far from operators. This satisfies operator requirements for a fast, dedicated workstation and Information Technology (IT) requirements for a secure solution that is easy to install and maintain.

A Solution for Secure Environments
On the desktop, the operator has a compact LaserCube, a keyboard/mouse and one or more wide-screen liquid-crystal displays (LCDs). USB 2.0 ports are standard; optional PS/2 instead of USB is available. LaserCube-W runs with SIPRNET, NIPRNET and it is JWICS approved.

LaserCube-W is the ideal solution for demanding 3D graphical applications. Ordinary personal computers are too hot, too noisy, not secure. . . . Thin clients can’t handle 3D graphics. LaserCube-Workstation features one or two PCI Express (PCIe) graphics controllers that each supports two dual-link DVI LCDs at full (2650 x 1600) resolution. LaserCube-Workstation handles with ease graphical applications and streaming video at true video performance.
