LaserCube-Desktop
Overview
LaserCube-Desktop occupies the space of a book on the desktop, yet it is secure, powerful, fast, quiet and unobtrusive with no computer at the desktop. Requiring no special drivers, LaserCube-Desktop places the business-class graphics controller next to the operator. The computer is in the operations room—a cool, clean and managed environment far from operators. This satisfies operator requirements for a fast, dedicated workstation and Information Technology (IT) requirements for a secure solution that is easy to install and maintain.
A Solution for Secure Environments
All the operator has is a compact diskless LaserCube, a keyboard/mouse and one or more wide-screen liquid-crystal displays (LCDs). USB 2.0 ports are standard; optional PS/2 with or without USB is available. LaserCube-D runs with SIPRNET, NIPRNET and it is JWICS approved.
A Solution for Applications Requiring Powerful, Fast Graphics
LaserCube-Desktop is the ideal solution for demanding graphical applications. Ordinary personal computers (PCs) are too hot, too noisy, not secure. . . . Thin clients can’t handle high-end graphics. LaserCube-D features graphics controllers that support high-resolution LCDs. LaserCube-D easily handles graphical applications and streaming video at true video performance.
